INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Lustau Palo Cortado Sherry
1 ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
½ ounce cassis
½ ounce lime juice
ginger beer
lime peel
METHOD:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Sherry, mezcal, cassis, and lime juice. Shake and strain into a 10-ounce Collins glass filled with cracked ice. Top with ginger beer. Express lime peel, drop into cocktail, and serve.
