Yield: 1 martini
INGREDIENTS:
1¾  ounces  Plymouth gin 
1 ounce  Manzanilla Sherry 
2 dashes  celery bitters 
1   sea bean 
3  skewered Castelvetrano olives 
1   lemon twist 
METHOD:
In a martini pitcher with a large piece of ice, combine gin, Sherry, and bitters and stir 30 seconds. Pour into coupe glass and serve with sidecar of sea bean, olives, and lemon twist.
