The Sherry Float

Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces house-made Vanilla ice cream
4 ounces Moscatel Sherry
chocolate curls, shaved from 60 percent Valhrona
Valhrona chocolate pearls (optional)
1 house Maraschino cherry
METHOD:
Scoop ice cream into a small float glass. Pour the Moscatel sherry on top of the ice cream and garnish with chocolate curls, pearls, and cherry. Slide in a soda straw.
