INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Mahia fig spirit
1 ounce Galliano liqueur
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¼ ounce vanilla syrup
lemon zest

METHOD:

In a shaker filled with ice, combine fig spirit, Galliano, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a 6-ounce coupe glass and garnish with lemon oil from lemon zest. Discard zest.
