Smoky Peach

Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Pueblo Viejo tequila blanco
1 ounce Del Maguey mezcal vida
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
¼ ounce Rothman & Winter Orchard peach liqueur
cayenne rim (1 part sugar: 1 part salt: ½ part cayenne)
METHOD:
Dip coupe glass into cayenne rim. In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, mezcal, lime, simple syrup, and peach liqueur. Shake and strain into glass.
