Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 ounces Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
0.5 ounce Italian bitters (i.e. Campari)
0.5 ounce Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
0.5 ounce lemon juice
0.5 ounce 1:1 simple syrup
METHOD:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass packed with ice. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
