Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Altos reposado
¾ ounces Carpano Antica vermouth
½ ounce Cynar
1 dash chocolate-chile bitters
orange peel
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a tumbler with ice; stir. Strain into coupe, express orange peel over top, and garnish.
