St. Martin: Calvados, Cardoon Amaro, and Dry Vermouth

INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Lecompte Calvados
1 ounce Cardamaro
1 ounce Dolin dry vermouth
lemon peel
METHOD:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine calvados, Cardamaro, and vermouth. Stir rapidly for 7 seconds. Strain into a coupe and garnish with expressed lemon oil. Discard peel.
