Officers Martini

Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 ounce seaweed-infused olive brine 
1/4 ounce Dolin dry vermouth 
2 ounces  Plymouth gin 
   fennel fronds 
1   sardine 
METHOD:
In a martini pitcher with a large piece of ice, combine olive brine, gin, and vermouth and stir 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass and serve with sidecar of fennel fronds and a sardine.
