Plymouth Gin Martini

Yield: 1 cocktail 
INGREDIENTS:
2  ounces  Plymouth gin 
1  ounce Dolin dry vermouth 
   lemon peel 
1  skewer of 3 Castelvetrano olives 
METHOD:
In a martini pitcher with a large piece of ice, combine gin and vermouth and stir 30 seconds. Pour into coupe glass and serve with lemon peel or sidecar of castelvetrano olives.
