Stag Hound

INGREDIENTS:
3 dashes lemon bitters 
3/4 ounce  oloroso sherry 
2 ounces  Plymouth gin 
1 skewer of 3 Castelvetrano olives 
1   oyster leaf 
METHOD:
In a martini pitcher with a large piece of ice, combine bitters, sherry, and gin and stir 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass and serve with sidecar of olives and oyster leaf.
