Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 dashes Bitter Truth celery bitters
1/2 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce jalapeƱo agave syrup
1 ounce grapefruit juice
2 ounces white tequila
club soda
pinch sea salt
Lime wedge
METHOD:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine bitters, lime juice, syrup, grapefruit juice. Shake and strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda, sea salt, and lime wedge.
