Girolamo Sour: Luxardo Amaro Abano, Luxardo Bitter, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White

INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounce freshly squeezed Luxardo Amaro Abano
½ ounce Luxardo Bitter
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
METHOD:
Add all ingredients into a shaker without ice. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake again, then pour into a cocktail glass.
