Milcao Pisco Sour

INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Mal Paso pisco
¾ ounce lemon juice
1 barspoon confectioners sugar
METHOD:
Combine the pisco, lemon juice and sugar in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to combine and strain into a martini glass.
