Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Maker’s Mark
½ ounce Navan
1/3 ounce maple syrup
1 barspoon fresh grated ginger
Regan’s No. 6 Bitters
orange peel
METHOD:
Combine Maker’s Mark, Navan, maple syrup, and ginger in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake well. Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe. Add 3 drops of the bitters. Flame an orange peel and float on top.
