The Orkney Opponent with Highland Park 12-Year Scotch Whisky

Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Highland Park 12-Year Scotch Whisky
¾ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce maple syrup
1 barspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1 lemon wedge
1 cinnamon stick
METHOD:
Shake the whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup, and the allspice dram with ice. Strain the mixture into a highball glass with cubed ice, and garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
