INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Cynar
1 ounce Cocchi Barolo Chinato
1 ounce Hartley & Gibson Amontillado Sherry
2 dashes Reagan’s No. 6 orange bitters
grapefruit twist
METHOD:
Combine the Cynar, Cocchi Barolo Chinato, Sherry, and orange bitters in a mixing glass over ice. Stir. Strain over a large ice cube or serve up. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
