Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
Grand Marnier Cuvée Speciale Cent Cinquantenaire
2 ounces Beefeater gin
½ ounce Dolin dry vermouth
½ ounce Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
¾ ounce Ramazzotti amaro
¼ ounce St. Germain
Orange twist
METHOD:
Put a small amount of Grand Marnier Cuvée Speciale Cent Cinquantenaire into an atomizer.* Combine the gin, vermouths, amaro, and St. Germain and stir. Pour into a cocktail glass over an ice ball that has been spritzed with the atomized Grand Marnier. Garnish with an orange twist.
*Newman uses the Misto brand atomizer, typically sold as an oil mister for cooking purposes. Any food-safe mister may be used.
