Bacon and Dill

Yield: Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 8-inch flour tortillas
16 thin slices (about 8 ounces) Canadian bacon
8 ounces dill Havarti cheese "
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tortillas on 2 baking sheets.
Place 4 slices Canadian bacon on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Add a liberal grinding of black pepper.
Grate cheese on large holes of box grater. Distribute evenly over Canadian bacon, leaving a 1/2inch border.
Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese begins to melt, then place under broiler until lightly browned. Remove from oven.
Let sit 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Serve whole or cut into quarters.
