Scot’s Sazerac: Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Simple Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitters, Herbsaint, and Lemon Twist

METHOD:

Combine the Scotch, simple syrup, and bitters in a chilled glass and stir. Coat another glass with the Herbsaint, and strain in the Scotch mixture. Rub the rim of the glass with lemon twist; discard lemon twist.
