INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky
4 dashes simple syrup
9 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Herbsaint
lemon twist
METHOD:
Combine the Scotch, simple syrup, and bitters in a chilled glass and stir. Coat another glass with the Herbsaint, and strain in the Scotch mixture. Rub the rim of the glass with lemon twist; discard lemon twist.
