INGREDIENTS:
1.25 ounces Dad's Hat Rye Whiskey
1 ounce Black Ankle verjus
0.75 ounces honey
0.5 ounces Art in the Age Snap lebkuchen liqueur
0.25 ounces Bluecoat gin
Millstone Bramble cider
Fresh thyme
METHOD:
In a mixing glass with ice, combine rye, verjus, honey, liqueur, and gin. Shake and strain over rocks, topping it with a splash of Millstone Bramble. Garnish with thyme
