INGREDIENTS:
400 milliliters coconut water
60 grams sugar
160 grams spray-dried coconut willpowder
2.44 grams xantham gum
1 CO2 canister
METHOD:
METHOD:Warm 1/4 coconut juice to dissolve sugar then add dried coconut and finally, xanthan. Bring to a boil, strain, and allow to cool to 45°C to 50°C before mixing with remaining xanthan. Strain, fill soda siphon and charge once.
