Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Monkey Shoulder scotch whisky
.75 ounce cherry-infused Peychaud's bitters
.5 ounce Velvet Falernum
.5 ounce orange juice
.25 ounce lemon juice
.25 ounce simple syrup
Mint sprig
Thinly sliced orange wheel
METHOD:
Combine the Scotch, bitters, Velvet Falernum, orange and lemon juices, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over pebble ice and garnish with the mint sprig and thinly sliced orange wheel.
