Sparkling Grapes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces Tropicana grape juice
¾ ounce lime juice
¾ ounce Monin honey syrup
½ inverted lime
1 purple grape

METHOD:

Put the grape juice, lime juice, and syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into an iSi Twist & Sparkle. Charge with a soda charger, and dispense over fresh ice into a specialty glass. Garnish with the lime and grape.
